Ann (Nancy) Lehotsky age 78 of Bethel, CT, died peacefully Sunday, June 17th at Danbury Hospital after a long courageous battle with cancer. She is survived by her husband Thomas.

Nancy was born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania , the daughter of the late Peter and Kathleen (Flynn) Shuboney. A resident of Norwalk, CT for many years, Nancy attended Norwalk schools and was employed by Hocon Gas of Norwalk.

In addition to her husband of nearly 60 years, Nancy is survived by her three daughters, Kathryn Kelley and her husband Thomas of Ridgefield, Barbara deFreese and her husband Craig of Bethel and Mary Beth Bangs and her husband Richard also of Bethel. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren Sarah deFreese, TJ Kelley, Laura Kelley, Brittany Bangs, Zachary Bangs and Victoria Bangs. Nancy will also be sadly missed by her cousins Kathy Flynn Cole, Warren Flynn and his wife Sandra, sister in law Betty Bedini and her husband Frank, dear friends Margaret Byrnes and Joan Stow and her precious cat Kali.

The family will receive friends in the Bethel Funeral Home, 215 Greenwood Avenue, Bethel, CT, on Wednesday evening , June 20, 2012 from 6 pm to 8 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church of St. Mary, 26 Dodgingtown Road, Bethel on Thursday, June 21 at 10:00 am. Interment will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Bethel.
